Howard Moo Young is and award-winning photographer and visual artist of advertising fame. A graduate of the School of Visual arts, New York, he won a silver medal and a bronze medal in the 1979 Common Wealth photography exhibition in Edmonton, Canada. He was awarded the centenary medal for photography by the Institute of Jamaica. Howard was voted champion photographer in the 1982 Jamaica Festival photography competition, capturing 5 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 7 bronze medals. He was the recipient of the prestigious Silver Musgrave medal for photography in 2008.
He will be exhibiting his famous collection of 'One Love Peace Concert' photographs taken on April 22, 1978. He is the only photographer to have captured the event in living colour.
